A space faring practitioner of Super Combat Arts, Lawbreaker is a masked man that works for the Rhengi Resistance, a criminal gang that claims to be a revolutionary group opposed to the Universal Empire, but only as a cover for more mundane crimes. He is the strongest man on the planet Rhengi by far, possessing a keen intellect that allows him to copy techniques with his own skill named Outlaw.

He was previously affiliated with more genuine rebellions and why a man of his talents and history has settled for such an unimpressive position is unknown even by the Rhengi. His origins and true goals remain a mystery to all.
